Frontal condition

Featured Replies

Can someone explain this term to me as it relates to bass fishing? Post- and pre-

I believe that it isnt just the weather that is present at the moment, frontal condition is the consideration of the past week or so of fronts and what their effect on the fishing has done, PLUS,.. what is going on now. OR

As the barometer rises and falls changes occur, consider those changes for the past week and a half or so and how strong they may have been considering the rate of change within the barometric range

At least thats what i think it is

For big fish I've never found it to make a difference. When a big fish wants to eat it eats. For overall numbers I think there is a two day delay. Water takes way longer to heat and cool. If it was 75 yesterday and 52 today the fishing will be much better than if it was 52 yesterday and 75 today.

Just go fish. If you think fishing will be slow use big baits. If you aren't catching fish you might as well not be catching big fish.

I think some members of the bass fishing community are very familiar with pre-frontal conditions.

As in LOBOTOMY...................Image result for prefrontal lobotomy
