Got a membership to a local gym and started weight training and running again, only been back lifting for like 2 weeks and I feel way better mentally and physically...

Surprised I can still run well haha, I guess I just have running in my blood...

I want to run a marathon eventually, I've ran halves but never a full one, it'd be nice to get one under my belt!

Heck ya bro. It has saved my life!

I love hitting the weights and running.

I'm not running unless something is chasing me, or I'm chasing someone. I'm just not built for it.

I need to get back in the weight room and drop some weight though, really let myself go this past year and I'm feeling it. Knees are starting to hurt, back hurts again, tired constantly, just felt better when I was in better shape.

Good for you for taking that step.

I bet you can still kick some ass if needed. Especially in your line of work.

Good going!  I started lifting 20 years ago to relieve stress.  Worked great and I felt a lot better.

Good work brotha! I get up every monday morning at 5:00 to go meet my workout group; it's awful getting out of bed but it really helps me start the week well and get my mentality straight for working out more that week.

Good for you. Getting bigger and stronger will help you in every aspect of life. Eat big, lift big, and become a barbarian.
