I went pond hopping early Saturday since it was very windy.  I was at the first pond for about an hour when I got a whiff of a skunk that was upwind from me somewhere.  I didn't another bite after that.

Where are you spending your time?  I'm out at Busch fairly often but I try to shoot for weekdays. Fountain Lakes is fairly close so I sometimes even hit there during the work day for my lunch break. I always have rods in my work van. 

I killed them in NE KS yesterday despite the cool temps and constant rain. Too bad I didn't even have 2 hours to spend on the water
