I fish Rapala's ment for 5-10 feet in open water. I was wondering if I should use a mono or flouro line for my jerk bait fishing. Thanks!

It ain't the Gospel, but it's a good guide. I really don't foloow it though because I don't want to carry 20 rods on my kayak (I carry 6 as it is ).

It depends on how much cover you fish in, but ten pound is what I normally use unless there is much for cover.
