My father, uncle and I are headed up hear for a fishing trip in late june. were staying at the chaudiere lodge. Just want to know what kind of baits to throw for bass and pike.

We use to head up there yearly mainly to fish for pike.
Spinners and jerkbaits worked great, colours varied year to year. If weedy we used the "bass" style skirted spinners if not too weedy mepps seemed to work better.

i stayed at this place a few years ago with my dad the service is top notch. from what i remember i would be throwing a lot of lipless cranks and spinner baits for bass and pike. the pike really seemed to like anything baby bass coloured. but if you throw perch or bluegill coloured then you should catch a lot of fish. one thing i can say is if there are large pike you are unlikely to catch any bass in the area
