Replacing a quantum handle?

Featured Replies

Well today I was flipping and set the hook on a hog and tore off the Eva foam grip so I super glued the foam back on and now the foam doesn't spin properly. Well it happened again later in the day when I set the hook on what would've been my PB but he shook off because I couldn't reel properly. Can I just buy any replacement handle and put it on or do I need a whole new reel?

Most likely you can get another handle from Quantum if nothing else, or you can buy a replacement handle for it.

Tackletrap sells daiwa tatula 90mm handles for 20.99. I replaced the handle on my smoke 150 with one.  I like it better than my factory handle.

If it's a baitcaster, you can pick up a cheap one from BPS. If its a spinning reel, you'll likely need to get a replacement from Quantum.

It's a casting. I have it listed for trade on the sale thread

if you're still fishing the reel , just use the other paddle grip !
