Looking at replacing a spinning rod. Rod 1 is 6'10" ML extra fast action. rod two is 7'1" M fast. Rod 3 is 7'3" M fast. I will use this rod for all spinning applications. I really like the dropshot. I also primarily fish from the bank, so a shorter rod might be better. i don't fish a lot of tourneys. I like the first rod, because i can use it for light baits, trout, and more of a fight. THANKS!

My favorite rod is my wife's 6'10" MLXF St. Croix  Mojo Bass. I have two MF and I'm giving serious thought to just buying another one of her rods to use as my main spinning rod.

One of my favorites is my 6' 8" MXF Shimano Compre for drop shot. They also come in 7' 2" also MXF. Right about $100 and worth every penny.

+1

I have the 7'2" Compre DS rod and would recommend it. What I like about it is that it is I.M. graphite, which tends to give the rod more tip than H.M. graphite. This makes casting light weights easier and has a little more "give" to the tip to aid in not pulling the tiny hooks from the fish's mouth. The only downside is that is is a little heavier in weight than I would like. That said, I would probably get another one if I needed another rod for DS. Not a bad rod for $100.

Depends how much you are trying to spend. Kistler Rods has a nice selection at varying price points.

Check out the Kistler Argon 6'9" M Finesse rod. $160 new.

$110 is my price point, and I'm already settled on the brand, just wanted to know which would be better

So which brand are you settled on? That isn't in your original post. It would be helpful to know so you can get a better recommendation of length and/or power since there is difference in brands as far as what "medium" and "medium- light" are.

With the exception of two rods, all of my rods are by the same manufacturer you are looking at.  I still stick by the Mojo Bass though as an awesome option though.

I have other rods by that manufacturer, however I don't have any spinning rods by them. If it were me though, I would go with the 7'1" M or 7'3" M. A medium powered rod will be better as an all purpose spinning rod than a ML.

I would also go withe the medium but I would go with a 6'6" length. I like the shorter rods. This also might be better because you say you are fishing from the bank.

With you wanting to stay around $110 I would have to recommend the 6'10" ML/XF Mojo. I've got the LTB in the same specs and it's an awesome rod. Handled a buddy's mojo this spring and it was surprisingly similar to the LTB. Has made me think about making a little money and downgrading to the mojo.
