I see schools of a couple hundred bait fish while fishing the banks...lately I've been able to locate the bass pretty easy due to them blowing up on this light colored shad...question is...which of these do I use and how do I use it?

Id go with the white spinnerbait next to the bettlespin, burned under the surface, slow rolled, or even yo yo'ed. I prefer a single blade for yo yoing but thats what your offering. Actually Id prefer a white underspin with a shad patterned swimbait on it, smaller profile and flash

I would go with one of the two top right spinner baits.

I think the way to become successful is to determine where you are going to go after the logical choice doesn't work and how soon you are going to go there.  I've seen a lot of people burn a ton of time working the logical bait while I'm catching fish with something that in theory is way off the mark.  Doesn't make me smart, it's just a positive side effect of impatience.  If I toss something logical ten-twenty times and it's not working, it's time to move to something else before I move spots. I will usually go with a subtle bait change, but before I leave, I always throw something off the charts just to make sure.

Above is all good advice...however, there are plenty of days when the best will be a white chatterbait....and sometimes its a swim jig....and then some days it will be a crank pulled well under the school....and....now that I think about it, sometimes it will be a popper tossed right in the middle of the school..try it with small twitches as opposed to big pops....good luck

I'd be throwing swimbaits, superflukes, crankbaits (lipless and square bills if shallow), jerkbaits,  and topwater poppers and walkers along with the white baits in your pic with silver blades in sunny or clearer water and gold in dirty water or if it's cloudy. 

Fishing from shore limits what you can use effectively when bass are fast feeding on shad schools. My favorite is a old lure called a Schurmy Shad, it's a hollow body aluminum spoon shaped similar to a Kopkins structure spoon and works good in this situation.

You don't have a chartruese/white with gold blade spinner bait or chatter bait, that would be my choice from the spinner and chatter baits you have shown.

Another choice from shore would be a pearl white hollow body frog, stays on top and can be worked in or over cover. Splash-It in shad colors with fast retreive also works.
