i was looking on tackle warehouse today, and it appeared that the lew's speed spool has gone up from 132$ to 199$... I bought mine when it was 132$, and its awesome, but is it really worth 200$? Is their better reels out there?

What do you guys and girls think ?

there is the BB1 & the BB1 Pro , the BB1 Pro is $199 , the BB1 is $159

the reason for the cost of the BB1 Pro is for the 95mm carbon fiber handle and the ACB brake system , best braking system on a Lew's reel ....

Big Bait is correct. I have 5 BB1's and have never paid over $125, have to shop around.

definitely shop around !!! TW is good for reel purchases on their sales , but you can find them cheaper online , sometimes 30 -40 % off or more

and yes , the BB1 Pro is most certainly worth the extra price ...
