Looking Good, only suggestion would be to drill a couple more holes in the deck over the gas tank for extra ventilation, a gas fume buildup could launch the deck into orbit.

Thats not the gass can... thats my bailing bucket. My gas can isnt in the pic.. im running the gas line up inside the the sides of the boat, and it will sit up in the front of hte boat where its nice and dry, and away from any kind of spark.

That looks great. May I suggest a bilge pump in place of that bailing bucket.

I'm goin out to bass pro today so a bildge is a possability, but i need a seat for the front deck first... i'm 18 and saving up for college, so money is kinda slim... but heres what the boat is supposed to look like.

The imulation of your dad's boat is hillarious.  He must get a kick out of that.  The play on the name is perfect.

i drew out the stencle for the chickmate thing myself.. it took like an hour of looking at a close up of my dads boats checkmate font.. and then drawing it the same, proportional and everything.  Everyone in the area knows my dad by the guy w/ the checkmate, so i had to do it...  My dad's my idol... haha its sad, but i love the guy.
