Finance Jigs

For starters I'd call the packaging department and ask to talk to the manager. Just to see if that shouldn't read "Finesse Jig".  :P When that gets all cleared up I'd find some old pork trailers. Even pork strips cut down to a smaller size to get some better action. Tip the jigs with pork and cast along shallow banks that are sunlit and work it slow.

If you gotta ask, you can't afford it!

Not a typo. They have another series of jigs called the "Bankroll" jigs.

I'd get the Bankroll. I can't afford to finance. I'm already too far in debt.

The Booya Finance jig looks a lot like a finesse jig with the lion mane skirt cut. Premium hook, good skirt colors it will catch bass.

Im not a huge fan of the finance jigs because of the size of the head compared to the skirt and hook.  However, in the cold water, I would a plastic trailer that has a lot of resistance to slow the fall, something ribbed, like a d- bomb.

The finesse type jigs like those and the Siebert Finesse jigs are killer to drag around secondary points and bare banks during the prespawn. Water temps in the upper 40s to mid 50s is the time to drag those along the bottom, especially bare banks with rock and sun hitting the bank. The shallows warm up which gets the craws moving and the prespawn fish begin cruising looking for them, that kind of tactic works well on my waters.

are those ball head spider jigs like Eakins?

small craw trailers are my favorite. cant go wrong with a yamamoto 4" DT grub.

baby rage craw

2.75" yum craw papi

It's a good jig, I've caught fish on two trips with them and don't think I missed a fish and had no issues in moderate wood.

If you can get past the ridiculous name, the Booyah jig line up is very, very good. Quality hooks, every color you need, silicone and living rubber options, vertical line ties on certain baits, available every where, reasonably priced. If anyone likes Mop jigs try the A-Jig. It's a  better bait IMO.

I think most of their jigs have vertical line tie hooks, perhaps you mean flat eye or horizontal line tie.

I meant vertical. My wording could have been better but they make lures like the boo bug and pigskin which are horizontal. The jigs I use from them all have vertical line ties. It makes a noticeable difference in my filementous algae covered water when casting and is also better in milfoil.
