A friend actually gave it to me when he got his cooler. They look nice brand new but bleach out pretty quickly. I was a lifeguard last summer and my hat looks pink on the sides now :lol:

      Sure! I mostly tie a uni-to-uni, or a modified Albright where I go up  about 8-15 wraps (depending on  line diameter), and back down 7-10 times, then moisten, tighten.

      Exactly In addition to one less knot, I'd much rather fight a 12-pound bass on knotted braid than knotted fluorocarbon...but no one goes there.   Roger

    I do the same thing. If I can pull it fairly tight before ever casting it, I've never had one break.
