Usually don't do a fishing report but I just had to add to all these good stories.  Smokey Mt had their first club tourney on Chic yesterday and it was an amazing day.  Also an interesting day.  My non-boater caught six fish....five keepers.  I caught around 20 with three keeps.  But .... one was 7# 2oz which is a personal best for me in Tennessee since moving here.  What was amazing was it was on a jerkbait and just plain kicked my @#$!.  Can't remember the last time a fish pulled off line like that unless it was a striper. Was beautiful too in that it was snowing too.   So anyway ... WOW....Tight Lines to all...

Nope....was a great guide for the non-boater.  When we started the day I asked his favorite way to fish and he said a worm....Oooop's....I said we were probably going to fish reaction for the first several hours....Well ... it was all day.  He had one jerk that was close to mine in color so he put it on and rest is history.  I put over 20 in boat but only 3 keeps...for third and big fish.  He caught six for second place.  I needed one more keeper....but....was an awesome day.

Can hardly wait to go back the end of month.
