From what I hear it's been doing good with a wide variety of lures, sounds like still a pre spawn bite that may be in transition.

Man, that names bring some years old memories ! My wife is from a town a stone cast away from it ( Gover Beach ), unfortunately when I visited the lake it was very, very low ( one of those nasty Cali droughts ).

the lake is actually getting pretty full due to the good amount of rain we have had.

I've been able to fish lopez from my boat a few time recently. I don't have much experience on this lake but i was able to find a few bass on a drop shot and jerk bait it seemed like the bass were still in the late summer transition. ill keep posting updates as i hope to spend more time on this lake and figure it out a bit better.

According to WON Lopez is good with early top water and continued crank and spinning bait bite.
