Visiting GA, Where to go?

Featured Replies

Visiting my girlfriend's dad in Atlanta (specifically Roswell) this weekend for Easter. Roswell is very close to the chattahoochee, so I figure that is where I'll go, anyone from the immediate area that can point me in a good direction? (No boat). Thanks!

Lake Lanier

My daughter lives in Roswell.  I have fished to river and it was flowing so hard bank fishing was impossible.  I found Lake Lanier had few good bank fishing areas.  I would love to find some good Lanier bank fishing areas.

My son now lives on a private lake in Marrietta, so I now fish there.

Oh reaallllyyyyy....

What lake/subdivision is it?  I'm seriously not at all looking for the hook-up - just honestly curious where

You'd be surprised the lakes/ponds that have fish around here.

I have a bud over on that 'other' bassin' (boat) place.... :wink1: that is a UPS driver. He told me he's seen fish in the drainage pond, yes the DRAINAGE POND at Summitt Racing! WOW!!!!!
