just had a great day on Aligator lake in central Fl. windy as all get out but they were biting. traps, worms,spinnerbaits. wind beat me up after a long week of work, but I don't care !!!!!!!!!!

It's nice when they hit anything and everything you throw. 

You fish it from the bank or in a boat? I've been thinking of making a trip out there for a while now.

When we lived in Orlando I came 'very close' to fishing Alligator Lake,

in fact even that long canal leading to the lake looked promising.

I ended up fishing Lake Hart with modest results, but the next time I'll follow your lead

boat, unless you live on the lake it's a pain to fish from the bank.
