Is anyone else having difficulty viewing the website's videos? I keep getting an error message.

Seem to working fine from my side.  Are you able to view any YouTube videos?

Yes You Tube is good. This situation has only occurred in the last couple of weeks.

Hey Scarborough, I'm in Brampton too. Don't have an ad blocking programme.

I'm still getting "Error loading player" message.

I've been having the same issue for about a month now. Just suddenly one day, the videos quit working & kept giving me the "Error loading media file" message. When I asked about it a few days ago, nobody really replied. I didn't change any setting on my phone so I got no clue why they quit playing. Videos on other sites, apps, & YouTube work fine. It's just this site.

I even recently upgraded from an iPhone 5s to a 6s and the videos still will not play.

iPhone sometimes chokes on video when NOT on LTE (4G) or 3G network.   The Edge network just doesn't support the bandwidth for video playback.  Check to see your connection.  If you have wifi, you might want to reset the router.

After that, you might want to contact your provider.

Hmm, that's not the problem either. When at home, I'm connected to my wifi with a cable router that has pretty fast service.

Its just weird. One day outta the blue it just quit playing videos & only seems to be for this site.

Like I said, our videos are on YouTube.  If they don't work, neither should YouTube.  Next time your near your phone store, you might want to have their support take a look.  We get thousands of plays, and only these two complaints.

Can you see the videos on a PC connected to your wifi?

The videos on the site haven't changed, and have been encoded the same way for several years.  The encoding is compatible with a wide range of mobile devices.

If they suddenly stopped playing for you, then something happened on your end. Sorry, I know that's not much help.

No biggie. I know you guys are trying to help. Yeah, it's weird. I can play any Bass Resource video from YouTube and Facebook. But on this site, I get the error message.

Could very well be my iPhone. Come to think of it, the issue may have started after the last OS update.

There's a new update out there.  I had some video issue on my iPad.  Went away after an update.

I also get the error message from this site only within the last few weeks.

I also have had problems with the site's embedded emails on chrome (pc) but not on the youtube channel. Seems to be a flash player issue on the latest update of chrome for me, as I've seen it on other sites as well.
