    Im more of a metro area bass guy but i make it to the Brainerd lakes are a couple times a season

    I live in Northfield. Fish the lakes around Faribault,  pools 3 & 4, St. Croix, Minnetonka and make a few trips up state each summer. Got the boat ready for saturday, actually I've been ready for months!

    I have a similar situation as Sully.  I live in the metro and fish there or within an hour of it probably 75% of the time but on occasion I will make a trip north to the Brainerd area, Mille Lacs, etc.

    I get around a little bit.  Chisago area lakes, Aitkin county, Todd county.
