I have 2 nephew's graduating and want to get them something a little different.  They both have R2C 168's

 

Can anyone recommend colors.

 

My intuition says black and while, but am open to suggestions.

Thats what I expected 

The bluegill color seems to be good if your bass eat lots of gills. Bone is a good color too. 

Get the full size one, seems to work better imo. 

I honestly haven't got a bite on mine so far but they look and function awesome. I have the full size ones in Black Bone and Yellow Frog. If I were to add other colors I'd go with Bone, Green Frog and Bone is Gill.

I got "IS Gill Bone", not sure if it is better than others but it looks really cool. I strongly recommend you consider the pompadour jr. I purchased the jr. size and was surprised how big it was. I was very glad I didn't get the full size version. It may be shorter but it is surprisingly wide.
