What rod power and action do u throw your 3/4 & 1oz walk the dog topwater baits on? Thanks

Super spooks and larger topwater I use an avc66mhf.  If they are walk the dog.  My large wake and punkers I run on a avc74hf.  Also my frog rod.

I throw mine´s on a Medium Heavy fast action, above 1oz i upgrade to one of my heavys fast action...

Depending on the wait, I throught them on  a H swimbait rod rated to 2 ounce or a MH CB rod rated for 1 ounce

 

Lures weighing between 3/4 & 1 oz kind of tread the line between Med-Hvy & Hvy power.

Still and all, I would opt for MH/F at a length closest to 6'10".

I use a Bionic Blade (newest model) 7' MH/F. Well, it's rated fast, but it's really more of a moderate/mod fast. Works well
