Evilution Spennerbaits

Featured Replies

Has anyone tried the spinner baits from Evilution Lures...specifically the Evil V and the Evil V 4x4? They look interesting.

I have a buddy that was Pro Staffer for them.  All of their spinners are well made and catch fish.  Be aware..the V's take up a LOT of room in a tackle box/bag.  They are not an easy bait to store unless your have some of the more specialty boxes

I decided to hold off for now until I see more reviews out there about them. I know that I thought the Double Plopper would be a great bait and it blew chunks, not saying that these V's would perform that badly but they do appear similar in shape. The build quality appears to be good but I'd like to hear a few more positive reviews to reassure myself these aren't just a gimmick before pulling the trigger. The Bait Monkey seems to stalk me on a regular basis though...:hahaha-024:

Interesting concept but I would not buy any spinnerbait that doesn't use a ballbearing swivel.

I never subscribed to multi-bladed spinnerbaits. I understand your trying for a "schooling" minnow affect, but I have never heard great reviews on them. I could be wrong?

I agree with @Munkin, the swivels will need to be replaced at some point. That was not the place to try and lower the cost of the lure IMO.

I am not a believer in the spinnerbait...until a buddy gave me one of these. I have ordered a few of them now and have caught fish in every single one. I have a lot of confidence in these and the customer service is great, I've only had one randomly break and they sent me a new one right away for free. When nothing else is working this spinnerbait catches fish for me.
