Anyone use starflash (round silicone) skirts on jigs? I've heard of them on spinnerbaits.

 

are their pros and cons to starflash?

I use skirts with lots of flakes in them during sunny days. it minics the flash of a baitfish's scales

I don't like the glitter bonded to the surface, I find it kills part of the intended action of the round strands.

I use them for spinnerbaits and they are great. I feel that they are too stiff on jigs for my liking.
