New here, how do I go about contacting a moderator or someone representing the BassResource website?

I was chosen as a winner of a recent giveaway, but have yet to receive any contact regarding confirmation. I just want to make sure I don't lose eligibility for missing an email or something similar, so I'd like to contact someone myself to confirm that nothing was sent out yet. Any help is appreciated.
