  1. That water is not deep enough for fish! How can fish see in those thick weeds?
  2. Congratulations brother! There is clarity in a child's eyes!
  3. I did this for many years, until... ...I took a long break from fishing and now I cast with my R hand and crank with my L. I have sold or given away all my RH crank reels. It seems unnatural now!
  4. Well, some good ideas on where to purchase. I just want to say Thank You for recognizing a good employee!
  5. Transmissions are t h e only real weak point!
  6. I am on my second Suburu. An Outback lasted 225k with minimal maintenance. My current Forrester, 2012, has 96k on it and zero issues. It's the wife's and I am not allowed to discuss trading it in.
  7. I do call out littering EVERY time I see it. I try to be polite to avoid butthead confrontations. So far I have not had any.
  8. Cool, life is good! Glad there hear ya Mike!
  9. Anybody heard from NFlaMike? He rode out the storm and it went right over his house!
  10. Mike, we'll be thinking about you and praying for you too. Most sure where you live but I rode out a few in Lake City and it wasn't that bad. Ft Lauderdale was another issue. Fill your bathtubs, get some food and meds out up too Nothing personal but a firearm is a good thing to have also for the looting scabs that always arrive afterward. Keep us posted to!
  11. Good stuff, Love Hank Parker!
  12. As WRB said, put up the shredders and get on the road! Having lived in Coastal NC through the 70s, 80s and early 90s I have ridden out quite a few of them and I understand that leaving is very difficult. But none of those approached Category 5! Don't be silly guys!
  13. Please DO NOT hang around! As Papa stated, anything material can be replaced! Living in Florida does NOT mean you are professional hurricane Dodgers.
