Hello, I was just curious if anyone owned this tool and if you feel this is something worthwhile to pick up.

Mostly 5 star reviews on Amazon.  Nothing below 4.  A little pricey, but it appears, according to the reviewers, to work very well.  I think I'll just keep using my "no-tool" method since I'm getting pretty good with it.

If you have the line coming from the rod tip to your mouth and wrap the leader line over and under, the weave is the easy part. I always find the half hitches the most fiddly part by far, especially with fine braid. I really don't think the tool would be that helpful, compared to getting a good technique that you can use when you're out fishing and need a new leader.

The weave itself I can do in 20 seconds by just holding the line in my mouth. It's the finishing half hitches I agonize over.
