Amelia-Earhart Park?

Featured Replies

Went to Amelia Earhart today and only landed one largemouth, about 2 lbs. Fished only the eastern lake because of the RC boats and wakeboarders. Caught him on a Booyah Hard Knocker (lipless crank) in an area with little cover to be seen or felt with the knocks from the crank. Tried rubber toads near some lily pads with no success. Also managed to pull up some guy's cut line, he had a white super fluke tied on which gave me an idea to use next time. Any tips for this park?

A lot of fish are caught at the drop-offs with senkos, u-vibes, worms, and spinner-baits.  All lakes have a good population of bass, but heavy pressure on weekends

Is there an airplane at the bottom of the lake?

It was the location of the airport where she took off on her around the world trip.  A historic spot, for sure!!!!
