New War Eagle 648LDV question

Featured Replies

Happy Thanksgiving Friends!  I bought a used War Eagle 648ldv yesterday.  My boat looks just like the one in the picture but with camo.  In the picture, I've marked in red that looks like great storage spots but the are sealed.  Is that because those areas are filled with foam?  Any ideas to create storage spots out of these two areas?  Thanks for any help!

i would assume they are sealed and filled with foam i would think it would be counter productive to remove them because they are already a completed deck and cutting through aluminum isn't going to be the easiest. My thinking would be to do a storage compartment as i have put in the picture below

depending on how deep the boat is you can create a larger deck and frame 2 plastic totes underneath and make doors to access them since it's 48" wide and a fairly flat bottom i would think its easy enough and it will give you more room to stand and store everything

Yup filled with foam!

Easy cheesy to cut a hole & remove the foam, want hurt a thing.

The front is hard to see, it stores battery & miscellaneous items. The rear housed the gas tank but I changed that because it was too hard to fill the tank.
