I just bought some stealth braid, and some fluorocarbon line, I'd like my line to sink a little more, however, I'm not sure if about 6 feet of fluorocarbon Leader would be enough....

And 2nd question, the topwater mouse with a doublehook (treble minus one) how would I retrieve it/ get action out of it?

6 ft of leader is plenty. Just slowly twitch the mouse across scum or grass. Or throw it way under a dock and bring it out quick. Always experiment with retrieve speed and cadence

Many people "Walk the Dog retrieve" with hollow body frogs. Google that or check YouTube.

 

Braid floats and Flouro sinks slowly. So in shallow water a 6' flouro leader will help get your bait down, but straight flouro might be better in deeper water.
