back in the day during Mark Donahue racing the amc javelin days when I worked for AMC they offered a high performance camshaft kit as a factory upgrade. It fit there v8’s. One car I worked on that I liked was the rebel “the machine” it had a 390 v8 and she was red, white, blue. All the javelins in that era were nice too. The mark donahue javelin was nice too.
