What is the easiest way to find out what bearings you need when upgrading?  I plan on doing ceramic ABEC 7s for a Daiwa TDX HSD, Daiwa Advantage 153 HSTA, and a Tatula Type R.  Any help is appreciated.

You're also going to need a spool bearing removal tool for the TDX. Hedgehog and Boca both sell one.
