What's people opinion on these two brands of casting reels? Looking for something for an all around reel. Thanks. 

Daiwa Fuego $65 on Ebay same as Tatula without T-Wing and full Aluminum frame. Shimano Casitas $100 plastic (Graphite) frame paying for the name. Fuego>Casitas in every way.

I'd choose the Fuego. It's basically a Tatula without t-wing.

Graphite isn't plastic and not all graphite is created equal. That said, the deals available on the Tatula variants are hard to pass up. 

I love the Fuego CT. Check Amazon and eBay for a great deal. 

I’m a Shimano lifer, but between the two I’d say get the Fuego.  The price difference just makes sense to choose the Fuego.

Graphite isn't plastic but the "Graphite" used to make reel frames are carbon fiber infused plastic. Although it may be tougher than your everyday plastic it still plastic and still has a better chance to fail than over aluminum.

Get the Fuego. Hands down!

I have to wonder if you have ever used a Fuego CT.  Or even a Casitas.

I have a Fuego and like it a lot. Never fished the Casitas.

Lighten up I was just joking about everybody not knowing what’s up I’m kinda a shimano fan boy when it comes to baitcasters however not so much of a fan on shimano spinning reels anymore.

I'm not feeling heavy.  A  of some kind lets others know when you are kidding around.

 

What Casitas?  I only see one very nice bass.    And that's no joke.
