Need help finding Pico Perch Lures

Featured Replies

Years ago my favorite crankbait was a Pico Perch. This lure came in a varity of color combination and virtually all were good. These were removed from the tackle shelves many years ago and I had thought they went out of business. About three years ago I decided to look for some on the Internet and found that the company was still in business but were selling over the Internet only. The company name was Pico Outdoors. I purchased about thirty of their lures and they were just as good as I remembered. I decided to purchase more but when I conacted them I was told the company name was sold as well as some of the product they made but the lures were not a part of the sale. Does anyone know where or even if these lures are still available? My all time favorite early morning crankbait for relatively clear water was the Pico Perch in Sunfish color. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Man I 'm getting old !  ;), Pico Perch is a name I only hear from another friend and his father, we fished with them ( still have some left but not in use anymore ) many many years ago. OK here 's the deal, look for Heddon 's Bayou Boogie in bream color, it 's the closest one I can remember that resembles that old Pico in sunfish color.

Unfortunately that type of lure is no longer manufactured in all the sizes and colors they had.

I see them on eBay all the time.  May not be the color you want but can be painted.
