Cashion Rods?

Featured Replies

I've never heard much about these rods. I searched them on here and reviews were so-so, and from 2-3 years ago, siting shaky build quality. Doing a little more research, I've seen some better (and more recent) reviews. Many mention how sensitive they are.

Anybody have any experience with these? I'm looking for a new worm/plastics casting rod and this caught my eye.

My late fishing partner used Cashion crankbait rods. Some folks don't like the carbon handles, I tried Freds Cashion crankbait rods and they were well made, casts good and confortable to me.

No experience with Cashion jig & worm rods.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I'm curious how the carbon would feel. I imagine that helps feeling the bites more. But wonder how comfy it is and if it gets slippery when wet.

The handles feel like they are ribbed definately don't feel slippery wet, not a cushion but more firm feel.

Off topic, ALX has a new Enox series rod out that look like the custom rods he made for a few year ago, check it out.
