Are the bass still spawning now that it’s practically the summer? 

In some places of the country they probably are still. Not many though. 

I’m from the east coast if that makes any difference........

You might have a few late spawners but a majority are going to be done. Targeting them will be largely a waste of time.

Largemouth are spawned and there are bass fry everywhere in my neck of the woods (Lower Peninsula , Michigan)
