Cabela’s has a $25.00 rebate offer going on until August. If anyone has seen this, does this mean you have to purchase a rod and a reel to get the rebate? Below is the actual text from their site. 

 

“Receive $25 cash back via mail-in rebate with the purchase of a qualifying Pflueger Reel & Fenwick Rod.  Valid through 8/14/2018.  Click here for more information”

I looked it up on Cabelas website. Yes you have to buy the rod and reel to get the rebate.

Yup you will get your rebait in the mail after filling out the form that comes with the combo. I did this like 6 years ago with a combo at dicks got me a check in the mail for 20$ like 6 months later for an abu Garcia spinning combo.

& means and, so yeah.....

Can’t blame a guy for hoping can you??

FishUSA is doing this too. Actually I think everyone that sells Fenwick and Pflueger are doing it. 

 

I'd pull the trigger if they'd ever get the reel in back in stock.
