Actually micro module gear already feature in 70 series body (check Engetsu reel).

It’s gonna happen but why would shimano do it now that they are on top. Their going to wait at least till next year this is also based on pure speculation. I would think that this won’t happen until the diawa tatula  100 takes steam and cuts into their sales.

The next things from Shimano will likely be a revamp to the Shimano Curado 70 and Shimano Stradic FK.

yeah, Abu. It's a nice reel, but it's way overpriced. I have never paid full price for one. I have some daiwas,abus,lews, and shimanos. I personally like them all, and am not brand loyal. My favorite reels are my MGXs, but I think that's partially because they fit my hands the best and are comfortable. But as far as actual "performance," I dont see a drop off between my MGX and say my Curado I. Just a bit lighter and more comfortable.
