Storing Clam Shell Plastics

Featured Replies

I fish a lot of Keith swing impacts, and hate how much space the packages take up. I was wondering if using something like this would be better for bulk storage and keeping scent:

looking back, I realized that I would have to store all the same color in one, or else the colors would blend in with each other.

That's a jar for Gulp! baits.  Just get a deep, no divider 3700 box, or use a speed bag.  Speed bags work for me, and you can store both clam shells and bags together.

What you could do is put the Keitechs in a decent ziplock bag by pattern, than stow them in a Rubbermaid container or whatever that other brand is that is out there . I personally like the ziplock bags that you can write on. Just my two cents.

I keep them in ziploc bags. They seem to store just fine.

I keep maybe 4-5 at a time per slot in normal plano boxes.  I have found that if I don't jam the slots full the tails don't really get bent.

I originally got this to keep my Z-Man Ned Rig stuff together. But I found out that punching 2 holes in the bottom corners of the bag of the clamshells worked perfectly (Z-Man are already punched).
