Any of y'all have experience with this model of boat? I can get a real good deal on it. $5200 to be exact. I have a mechanic going to check it out with me. I'm almost positive it's an all composite hull.  Has a brand new trolling motor and a few other things. Just looking for some input from some of y'all more experienced boater here. Thanks

I have a 99 Renegade 20, but don't know anything about the 18.

With a 150, that doesn't sound like a bad price (actually sounds pretty darn good with all the other extras), if it checks out good.  Seats and carpet look like they are in great shape and not a bad set of electronics if they all come with it.  Has he agreed to the $5,200 or are you thinking you can buy it for $5,200.

If everything checks out, $5,200 is an excellent deal for that boat! I had a dual console Javelin way back in the day. Served me well. Good luck

Javelin made a quality boat. i currently own a 1996 model 367 (17’), with a 2000 model Johnson 90 hp. she will come outta the hole quickly with a top end of around 50 mph. my cousin has a 2000 Renegade 19’ with a Johnson 175 and it’s like riding in a Cadillac, even at 60+ mph! it is my understanding that the Renegade’s are all composite construction. if that motor checks out 5200 is a decent price. nice looking boat brother!

Update... I own a new to me boat. Lol I took the local boat mechanic with me. He agreed it was a good buy. I'll take some more pics and give details tomorrow

Like the boat .Like it  so much it looks just like my 2000 stratos.I have the same motor.Compared to my 1989 stratos its nimble and very quick to 60+.I think you will be happy.I cant tell you what I paid for mine. im such a sucker.ENJOY
