G.Loomis NRX serials/letters

Featured Replies

Man I’ve searched but can never find a table for all the model numbers and other letter labels that comes with it. Example my 822 SYR... no clue what that means but I just know it’s my mag medium. Anyone have a site or reference I can look at to understand?

thank you

Go to the Gloomis website site and search the rods.... It's all on there. The first 2 numbers in 822 are the length in inches and the last number is the power. 822 SYR is a 6'10" 2 power shakey head rod.  SYR is short for shakey head rod. DSR is drop shot rod. MBR is Mag Bass rod, JWR is Jig and Worm..etc.

Honestly I find that American Legacy Fishing’s site is a far better reasource for G Loomis then their own site.
