I was about to pull the trigger on an $80 carbonlite while they were still on sale. Asked BPS on a live chat how much longer they would be on sale, and they said through November 20th. Well, yesterday (Nov. 14th) I checked the price and they're no longer on sale. Are they still on sale in store, or should I wait till black Friday, or what?

Call and ask them why you were given the wrong info and if/when they are going back on sale. 

 

Its much easier to get the most info and the correct info talking to someone rather than texting or messaging. 

Did you take a screenshot of the convo? If you have proof then they should honor it.

I'm 95% sure that they said November 20th but I can't prove it. I'm wondering if they're still on sale in stores though, because somebody on here posted something yesterday saying they just bought one on sale at BPS.

Aha. Found a chat transcript in my email. Sure enough, she said Nov. 20th.

Surely they will honor the price if it is in an email.  You should be fine.
