Interesting proposed rules changes to be discussed and voted upon in April by the NCAA.

I hope the targeting rule gets changed, I feel that they should have made that change a while ago.

Im not sure I understand what the change is with targeting.

I think it is called WAY too much. Most of what was called targeting wasnt. Maybe poor tackling form but not targeting. A lot of helmet to helmet targeting calls are called because the offensive player lowers his head right as the defensive player makes the hit and that causes helmet to helmet contact.

It’s just a matter of time before they’re playing touch football and every player gets to have his mother on the sidelines to comfort him if he gets a boo boo.
