Just picked one up. I’ve got it mounted to the motor right now and taking it out tomorrow. I have no idea what I’m doing with it but I’ll give it a shot lol

GoPros are buggy...  I personally do not like them.  I like the sony action cameras much better.  They have better microphones and software.  I have been burned by my GoPros to many times.  Read reviews to see if the 7 black is better.  GoPros are popular by brand and with people... but if you look, you don't have to look hard, there are many people like me who record all the time and find GoPro to be troublesome.

I have a couple each of Hero 5 Blacks & Sessions also ran a Hero 7 Silver this season.

Run them all every trip I make all year in every weather situation. 

The few personal challenges I've had with any of them was almost always user error. 

They have been decent for me.
