I am going to import some fastaches to Norway and was wondering if the size 0 is big enough for crankbaits like SK 1.5 and normal size jigheads. The strength is 15 lbs so it is strong enough. I like buying fishing tackle from the USA, but the customs can be alot and I am buying line too so I don´t want to buy 2 packages. In the context, does anyone use Sufix Siege? Any thoughts?

I am using the size 0 with swivel on spinner baits, maybe the 1 or 1.5 would be better. The 0 are pretty small.

The size 0 should fit the KVD 1.5, I use the size 0 on my popper rod.

I think you are going to get some metal fatigue with the size zero. But they are 3.00 a pack so just get multiple sizes.

Agreed with that. The size 0 wire is pretty thin, and unless the lure eye wire is about the same thickness, there will be bending on the mustad.

 

Basically, it is probably better to match the thickness of the mustad wire to the lure eye wire than the size of the mustad itself if you are going to do a lot of lure changes.
