How is everyone storing your urchin baits? I know the Z Man or TPE should be stored by themselves and not out of the package.

Would have loved to have gone fishing but the crowds, the traffic and mainly the heat kept me at home, Then we got hit with the storms

Places I fish no circulation, I have to wait the heat wave out.

I use the Super Fluke , Texas rigged with 3/0-4/0 hook, Colors I have are Albino or Pearl, Chartreuse, Green Pumpkin and Baby Bass. Also do an internet search on 5 ways to rig a fluke. There are tons of information on the internet about using the fluke.

I am using a KK Speed Demon 7'0 M/F with straight 50# braid(small diameter). This is a pretty old rod. At the time it was labeled as a bladed jig rod. Probably should upgrade, but it still works for me.

I have changed most of my lures to inline single hooks, better for and better for the fish.

I have fished the hbf without any sucess. The places I have fished are covered in lily pads and very thick. Maybe one day it will happen.

I have a few small to medium glide and swim baits. I don't want to purchase a dedicated rod for these baits. I would like to use what I have. My two choices are: 7'3H Fast Action Heavy Power or 7'6" Fast Action MH Power. Which would you suggest? Hooks have been changed to single in line.
