Helpfull Apps

There are numerous apps available today for the fisher-person. How to pick one over another is an exercise that I'm still working on.

So far I have one - I-Boating has an app for their maps. The free version allows one 'quadrant' of maps. The one I grabbed includes all the lakes I fish. With the GPS active on my tablet, I can follow the lake contours, look for likely spots and even mark waypoints. For someone without sonar, this is invaluable to me.

So what apps do you have/use/recommend?

Navionics App, worth every penny

Navionics, Google Earth, Dark Sky, TourneyX, Windy, and the Camera, are apps I use regularly.
