How do I fill my live well

I have a 2019 triton 179 trx and I've tried everything and cannot figure out how to fill the livewell I have a switch that says recirculate and pumpout and another one that says manual and timed. Does anyone know how to fill it?

    Close the drain and turn on the manual aerator pump.

    Fill valve is shut. Inside the livewell, there should be a twist valve that allows you to open/close adjust the speed of the flow from the pump. It's probably closed.

    Thanks!! Just got the boat guess I figured the sales place did that.
