White swimbaits on spinheads for deep suspended bass

I fish a lot on lake roosevelt in Arizona. This time of year, they seem to be suspended anywhere between 10 and 40 feet on the cliffs. Not wanting to buy some deep diving crankbaits and another new rod and reel, I grabbed some white 4.8 inch soft swimbaits (keitech) rigged on a 1/2 iubce spin head swimbait head. Has anyone used this yet and what are the results y'all have experienced.
