Can anyone identify this lure?

I went to a garage sale and this guy had a ton of goodies stuff i bought some odds n ins and ran across 2 bags of these holds and all for 50 cents so i bought them because they looked interesting... But not knowing what they are i can't research them or find out how to fish then.. If anyone knows i would greatly appreciate the feedback..

Helicopter lure. I didn’t think any still existed. 

 

We collectively had a bonfire fueled by them a few years ago, I’m sorry a few escaped.

Yes they're helicopter lures. Guy I know used to use the heck out of em at a pond we fished and he slayed bass on them. That's about all the info I can offer other than if u use them use a swivel above the hook as they spin coming through the water lol

Yes they came with a ton of hooks with a swivel built in. Nice hooks i thought they were offsst hooks were worth 50cents

I was in my late teens or early 20's..a buddy and I split the costs and bought em. We did catch a few on them in a little pond.

Yes he did! I’ve still have the Color-C-lector and a set of those colorful neon worms hidden in the garage somewhere ?
