Looking for a floating worm to mainly dropshot with. All of mine are salt-infused and sink. 

Robo worms are ur friend. Only worm u use anymore for drop shot and shakey head.  Dont know if jelly worms do or not 

6” jelly worms seem to sink.

 

9” jelly worms float

 

But yeah, wouldn’t be my preferred choice for drop shot

I have some Zman StreakZ that would probably work well as a minnow-style dropshot lure, but I was really looking for a worm. I'd also rather not buy ElaZtech unless theres a definite advantage to them because I have a hard enough time keeping them segregated from the rest of my plastics as is. Preferablys omething that's traditional plastic, good action without needing to be worked heavily, that floats, and has a fork or spade tail.

 

I have some of these guys that float and work well as panfish / trout lures, I could get some in 6 inch that'd probably work. 

 

 

Well for a worm...Roboworm is probably your best choice on the drop shot.

Roboworm or Crosstail Shad have filled all my DS needs.  Robo has some salt in the head, but does float.  The CrossTail floats and orients itself in any slight current.  Both are "do nothing" baits.  If you're a jiggler, then GYCB Shad SHaped Worm is for you.

Don't discount the Berkley Twitchtail Minnow.  While it does not float, it sinks very slowly in a horizontal manner, just like a dying baitfish.  I use Roboworms too, but I use the twitchtails more often, especially for smallies.
