I want to put some split rings for this lure but I don't know what is a good size? Any suggestions? It would be great if you could give me some information about it. 

When I replace split rings for the hooks I use a size 3. Anything smaller is too hard to work with at least for me. I would recommend The Owner brand split rings.

Did the action remain the same even with the size 3 split ring? If not then I'll buy a pack of size 3 and give it a shot then. Size #4 for the hook right?

I was referring to hook replacement in general. I don't know why the action would change. The Tiny Torpedo takes a size 6 hook. The Baby Torpedo takes a size 4. Not sure if they would have to be short shank or standard hooks.

I read that too quickly my bads... what split ring would you recommend though?

I would still use size 3 Owner split rings.

Tiny Torpedo is size 6, split ring size 2. Use whatever you want it's your lure.

Owner Hyperwire split rings size 2 with either Owner ST_36 hooks or Gamakatsu Aaron Martens Nano Finesse hooks. The latter is very sharp and slick and also works great on jerk baits....
